What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My job is to help the customer fix their electrical issue/or issues. My pricing is fair I offer discounts for Veterans, Police, Fire, Rescue, Teachers and seniors. I will get your issue fixed 100 percent guarantee!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introducing myself and my company, and educating the customer on there project and different wiring methods that may apply so we can come up with a way together of getting the job done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a North Carolina unlimited Electrical License, the highest the state offers. I am certified in Briggs and Stratton generators as well as General. I am a Briggs and Stratton dealer. I have a vast knowledge of lighting and am cat5/6 certified. I am also a commercial and industrial electrician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

One day I got the opportunity to work as a parts runner in an electrical contracting company 25 plus years latter here I am I love being an electrician.

The thing about electrical work is that every job is different and challenging. Electricity is very deceiving it can work for years incorrectly installed. My job and passion is to make every install the safest for the customer. This is accomplished by knowledge and understanding of electricity and how it works! We take exceptional pride in our work which is shown through the results of the install and the warranties that we give!
