Pricing is largely determined case by case as every client have different needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initiating a relationship with a new client typically starts with an on site assessment of their request. During the the walk through The electrician will ask questions and make suggestions on the service he's evaluating. This is a great time for the client to ask as many questions as they like.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our master electrician is a PennCo Tech Alum. He has a multifaceted background which includes experience in industrial, commercial and residential electrical service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always had an interest in working with my hands. I enjoy helping people and this work fulfills both of these basic interests.

What types of customers have you worked with?

At PES, we've worked with many types of clients, from homeowners to general contractors to residential development firms.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project was a complete rewire. It took about a week to complete the rough-in. and a week for finishing. This includes passing the inspection. I am particularly proud of how the lighting arrangement turned out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A jack of all trades is a master of none. Electrical work is nuanced and you need someone who's not only confident but qualified. You should be choosing a licensed electrician. Also, don't be afraid to ask for references or even to visit a current job site if it applies to the service you need.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know exactly what you want and be sure to communicate that to our contractor. If you're looking to have lighting installed have an idea where they should be placed.
