While most companies focus on new installations, we bridge the critical service gap, offering cleaning, troubleshooting, system upgrades, removals, reinstallation, and EV charger installations a customer-first approach and advanced technology, we provide trusted, high-quality service to homeowners and businesses across the North-East. As we expand into the Northeast, our mission is to maximize solar investments and set the standard for solar servicing and maintenance. Powering the future—by protecting your solar investment today.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We're more than happy to help homeowners first when it comes to pricing projects! We value our commitment to customer service in the Solar Industry and pride our team doing what we can to make it happen!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
To provide insight, the process starts with gathering the customers utility bill, and sizing up their system to maximize their homes output. After our engineer team creates that best fit model, we'll get on the same page with the homeowner, and move forward with the documentation process in their local community to take those next steps to start saving!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our lead install crew is led by Roy C. Acosta, our master electrician and dedicated on-site assessment operator. He's worked in both the electrical, and solar field space for a number of years. He's built out our in house team to garnish that comparability with our customer base over the years!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our master electrician and installer had been in the business for quite some time and we quickly realized that we had a great team to help service the market here in the northeast! We understood the lacking of customer service, along with quality service in the industry, and we felt confident that we could help change that attitude!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types! Small homes, large homes, Solar fields, repair jobs, you name it! We've worked in the following states, New York, New Jersey, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be sure to feel confident in the provider and that they will deliver their services long after! It is important that a company honors it's care and commitment for not just tomorrow, but when a problem may arise 5,10,15 years down the line!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What type of equipment do you all deal with? What is your customer service process? How long will the job take?
