What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can guarantee quality work that will be in writing. I give discounts to veterans and elderly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I message to get a convenient time to call. I call and listen to the clients needs. I discuss a little about the project and set a convenient meeting at the project location. I meet them and walk it over listening and discussing the very best options. I will then send a quote. Once I’m chosen I will then send a contract and set a date for the work to be completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 yrs as a grading and site foreman. I have G.P.S. Certification and I’m licensed in land and erosion control. I have been scaling and reading plans my whole life. I have all the knowledge and requirements to get every permit needed to complete any project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in land development working with my father at his company when I was young. I loved it and have been doing it ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with about everyone from the just starting out to the seasoned. I can help you decide what’s your best option or if you have your head set on a idea. I can give you my best resources to complete the project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There is not one that I can pick over another. I love this work and helping people realize there dreams. I’m committed until the job is finished and the client is satisfied.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest an in person meeting at the project. There is a lot of fancy profiles and pics but you can’t fake it in person. Choose someone who has the knowledge and is committed to your vision.
