Our prices are competitive without sacrificing quality. No corners cut ever. We offer discount for cash payments We accept zelle payments We accept major credit and debit cards. 3% additional fee is applied

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We first book a call consultation to ask some questions that help us understand the client's needs and wants out of their outdoor spaces and learn about their current experience or issues they might have been having to be able to determine the best course of action for our proposal. After we learn more about what the client is looking for, if we see that is required, we book an estimate visit for a walkthrough of the property and assess the target areas to come up with some ideas to help the potential client make more educated decisions. Finally, we will email and/or text a written proposal with pricing and scope description with option packages for them to make final decision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been trained hands on as a members of NALP, by superintendents and architects in golf courses and with the intense trainings offered by manufacturers experts in the industry. We have over 15 years of experience in earth movement, heavy machinery operation, pool removal, leveling and grading, engineered retaining walls, drainages, lawn replacement, landscaping design and decoration, plants selection according to harding zone, paver, porcelain and natural stone patios, driveways, walkways, pool coping and pool scaping including steps, fire pits, outdoor kitchens (masonry part) seat walls. We also do concrete and brick work. We also have training in landscape lighting installations with effects such as moonlight, uplighting, accents, walls and steps ilumination. We love quality, elegance, funcitonality and beauty and never cut corners.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our team started in agriculture since a very young age which awaken the passion and vast knowledge with lands and plant care. As transitioning from teenager years into adulthood we received intensive training with heavy machinery of all sizes starting our careers working at ones of the main golf courses throughout the U.S where we had the opportunity to do all types of land grading, sod, large drainages, tees, bankers, greens, fairways and more. We also had the opportunity to be introduced to landscaping companies who used to hired us during the weekends to help them do their first stages of their projects leaving the areas ready for them to install their hardscapes or plants. There we started to develop interest in the creation of landscapes that allows human being to develop a close connection and optimal relationship with mother nature, so we studied the best materials in the market for each application, their quality standards and recommendations for installation during their trainings and also hands on with many of those landscaping companies projects. Our breakthrough happened during the pandemic lock down in 2020 when not only us but the rest of the world started to realize the importance of creating beautiful and functional outdoor living spaces to promote social distancing in all businesess and families in their own backyards so they could safely enjoy the benefits of the tranquility and peace during those tough times while doing their activities in their new normal. We thought we could satisfy that need in high demand so we created Lopez & Wallace Landscaping LLC, we have now served more than 300 happy customers and installed over 100.000 sq ft of pavers and natural stone and graded many acres of land as well as solved hundreds of water issues, removed more than 30 pools, planted innumerable amount of linear footage of trees and plants as well as acres of sod and more. Our reward is the joy we experience when we see our customers happy faces every time we deliver a project and last but not least the jobs and training we create for our community and the future generations.
