What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not have a standard pricing service. Each project gets priced accordingly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always would like to see the project they want done it gives them an accurate assessment of what needs to be done and they can get an accurate quote from me and know what services they will receive

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 15 years of general contracting work. I have a architectural drafting background degree and we can design/build as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out in my early 20's by working construction in NYC.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a full range of customers. Each customer was unique and I catered to their needs as required to ensure a project they can be proud of

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a whole house remodel. The clients are excellent with the vision they have for their house as well as what ideas I am bringing to them. It was a design build which means there were no plans but we collaborated together as to how the renovation was going to come together. I discuss with them on a weekly basis what is going on for the week and help them in deciding what options they have.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you compare all the estimates and they wrote down in detail what they are giving you as to what was discussed. Make sure they have a estimate and billing system so all the payments can be verified and recorded.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What the contractors availability is and always make sure you can view their projects as well.
