Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our prices are pretty fair for the work we do. Not the cheapest around but definitely not the highest. I can tell you all day long that we have good prices and our work is spectacular but don’t take my word for it look at my reviews and the work we have done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Well I’ll start out by giving them a call and discussing the project. Then I’ll go out to the property and take a look, take a few pictures as well. I’f the homeowner is home we talk about it alittle more. Finally I go home hop on the computer take a look at the picture and write up a quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I actually went to a vocational school and studied green house / landscaping for 2 years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I used to work for a landscaping company and loved it but didn’t like my boss and that’s how apj landscaping started.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with every costumer. There’s never been a time I have turned down a job because of a customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Well we just got done cleaning leafs and mulch that’s what I enjoy doing the most.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I’d say get a feel for what kinda person they are and go by that also reviews are a big thing. At the end of the day you want someone that’s going to be Respect and at the same time get the job done without flaw.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I’d say the biggest question would be what exactly they need done and within what timeline. Also maybe a few questions about the landscaper to get a feel for them.
