I try to listen to what the customer is trying to accomplish with their project, and try to make suggestions based on those facts. I always try to go the extra mile to make sure my customer is happy. If the job is more than I think I can handle, or out of my comfort zone, I will gladly try to recommend someone, if I know someone, who I think can help them out. I am also fully insured.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I look at every job, and make an estimate based on what I think it is going to take to do the job right, and to the satisfaction of my customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1st: I will come out and take a look at the project to make sure it is something I can do properly. If not, I will try to recommend someone who can. 2nd: I will email an estimate with any options that might apply. 3rd: I will answer any questions that might arise from the estimate. 4th: schedule the work, receive a deposit the day I start the work, and balance when I finish in most cases.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing this type of work since I was 10 years old working with my Father.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked with my Father, since I was 10 years old, and now he helps me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, but it does not matter to me, everyone gets the same amount of respect, the same amount effort to do the job right the first time, and every job is very much appreciated!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you want to do part of the work yourself? Do you want to take care of hauling away or disposing of debris yourself? Are you willing to allow large trucks to drive on your driveway or yard, as in most cases that is the most cost effective way to get materials to the site.
