What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge $125 for a "service call", which can also be considered a consultation. Upon booking I waive all but $50 of the service fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Connect through Thumbtack and schedule consultation or service. Meet in person at your home at the scheduled time and discuss your needs/wants. Formulate Plan of Action and execute plan and/or schedule service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Cleaning and reviving an aboveground pool that wasn't properly winterized (left uncovered throughout the off-season) and was loaded with leaves, pine needles and other debris, as well as completely taken over by algae. Cleaning and chemical maintenance combined took 3 visits over a week's time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
