Introduction

My reputation is more important to me than money. I’m a man of my word, and do everything to the best of my abilities. I’m not satisfied unless my customer is 100 percent happy with the job that was requested. I TIG weld a variety of materials and enjoy doing creative jobs. I worked as a helicopter mechanic for many years and am mechanically inclined. Also very handy with home remodeling as I’m currently remodeling my own home. Last I’m honest, trustworthy, and punctual.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Price is cheaper when I work in my shop. I have a two hour minimum when I travel. The two hour minimum is $200.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to call them so we could discuss the details of the job. Once I have a good idea I will give them an over the phone quote. If they are happy with the quote, I show up and get the job done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an A&P license and have been working as a helicopter mechanic for 20 years. I also have always enjoyed working with my hands and creating, building and fabricating all sorts of things over the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I noticed family and friends really enjoyed the work I did for them and they encouraged me to use my talents to help others with whatever they needed to get done. I enjoy creating.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, restaurant owners, retailers, sound professionals, aviation owners, vehicle owners, motorcycle repairs, etc. The list goes on and on.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Built some custom stairs which turned out really nice. It took me 7 days and it was worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone you trust and has proven to be dependable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should think about all the little details and any info that will help me give them a quote. (If possible)
