Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is all project dependent, typically no job is the same so we like to provide a job walk and physically see the conditions of the job and determine the services that best fit the needs of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We typically like to discuss the project over the phone to gather general project information and then typically we setup a time to come out to visit the project site.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am an E100/ B100 contractor with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I hold a TSP2 asphalt spray installation certification. I graduated from the WCF Masters Safety training certification course.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I had a dear friend that was a titan within the industry that introduced me to the work and shared his insights and wisdom for many years. I learned from the ground up the skills within excavation, grading, concrete, paving, and asphalt maintenance.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Over the years I have had the privilege to work with homeowners to government entities within the private and public sectors. Some notable customers have been Fortune 500 companies and even the FAA and Army Corps of Engineers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We are fortunate enough to have a valued customer that has entrusted us with providing needed asphalt maintenance services on a regular basis. We work closely with the customer to ensure scheduling and shutdowns are held to a minimum.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
