Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is fair and straight forward. I work with reasonable prices to best suit the customer. After I give out a bid I never increase price even if I run into unexpected problems!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My process is easy going and straight forward. I schedule a day to give out a bid. If price works out between me and the customer, we then schedule a day to do the work. I come out and get the work done to the customers satisfaction!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Years of experience with clientele along with machinery

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Word of mouth!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with many different home owners who have hired me to take care of a variety of projects. At the end of the day I leave the jobsite with a happy customer!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A project I am fond of would be one that dealt with removing 5 bit tree stumps. 4 of the 5 stumps were grown together in one spot which made it very difficult to remove them. But with the right equipment I was able to take them all out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Work ethic is definitely a big deal breaker. If the provider who is providing the work isn’t able to satisfy you with your needs it makes the process rough. I always put customers first even if I have to go the extra mile and spend another day on the job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What drives them? Any past references from prior clients? Before digging do they call out a utility company to mark the location of all the utilities that are underground?
