At That 1 Painter, we offer transparent pricing with no hidden costs. If you want us to pick-up and supply the paint, everything is included. We also have flexible financing options that make it easier to achieve your dream home without financial strain.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

That 1 Painter stands out due to our commitment to a seamless, stress-free painting process. One of our dedicated Project Managers will show up on time to meet with you to discuss your project, timeline, budget and provide you with a detailed estimate. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Flexible financing options make it easier to achieve your dream home without financial strain. Before the project begins, your seasoned Project Manager will confirm the details of the plan while the team takes great care to make sure all necessary preparation is done including power washing, repairs, masking off areas/protecting furniture, etc. as needed. Once the painting is complete, your Project Manager will walk the job with you to make sure everything meets and in most cases exceeds your expectations. Only after you are completely happy, do we consider the job completed. All our jobs also carry a 3 year warranty for materials and labor.

During my time in business, home renovations and my own projects, finding reliable home service providers tended to be very challenging and stressful. We enjoy working with a wide variety of clients. Many are residential homeowners putting their stamp on a new place or people repainting their deck to brighten up their outdoor oasis. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just completed some patch work and the repainting of a local church that boasted 65 foot ceilings. It was memorable because she was insistent the church couldn't be closed the 2.5 weeks she was told by other painters because they all needed scaffolding. We huddled the team and found a solution. We ran two teams, worked mornings and late nights, covered everything and moved enough pews to allow us to bring in a 80 foot lift that allowed us to complete the entire project in 5 days. She was so happy with the work she wrote us an amazing review and the following week had us come back to estimate doing all their classrooms during the upcoming break.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can give someone looking for a painting company is to do you homework and know who you are inviting into your home. There are reputable, licensed, insured painting companies in the valley but you will want to verify before hiring. Price is a function of experience, quality and service. In this industry, it truly is "you get what you pay for". We take great pride knowing our team can fully understand your project's needs, whether that's the right paint quality, preparation needed, time required or specialized skill to get the job done right the first time. Our team will always review your goals and special needs during the initial consultation so we can provide you with the best solution. But some key questions you may want to think about are: 1. How long will you be living in the house (selling it, forever home), what type of conditions are present (kids, dogs, high traffic), are you highly sensitive to air quality (non or low VOC paints) to name a few. This will help your painter tailor the right products to suggest. 2. Are you willing to take the risk of hiring a painter that is not licensed, insured and bonded? A painter is required to be licensed to legally paint in Arizona and abide by important licensing requirements. Insurance is also critical because you don't want to be responsible if there is an accident on your property during a job. 3.
