Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Ask.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Getting familiar with the work they are looking to get done. It is best to see the project in person as that is the best way to give an accurate estimate. Answering any questions or concerns the potential client may have. Scheduling the job and completion of the product. Staying in complete communication is key!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Being a 3rd generation painter, I started young working in a family business. It was a pro ledge to be trained by very talented journeymen painters. Quality of work matters, not quantity.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I am a 3rd generation Residential & Commercial Painter.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types of residential & commercial clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We completed a cabinet project (shown in our pictures) that included all of the cabinets in the whole home. Flat panel cabinets can prove to be a challenge. It is satisfying to see a gorgeous product in the end and a very VERY happy client!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Not all painters are created equal. We have noticed that many painters use an inferior paint product to “reduce cost” and in turn pass that on to the client by way of charging less than the competition however delivering an inferior product/result that in the end will require a more frequent re-paint in the future. ALWAYS confirm product and sheen when agreed to contract with a painting contractor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Timing can be crucial. Making sure that the expectation of when you need the project completed.
