What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Unfortunately not, not all residences need the same amount of work performed for us do give you a accurate estimate, we will have to inspect and see with detail the amount of work that needs to be done on your project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Send quote and follow up with customer try to schedule a in home estimate for accurate estimate. And answer any questions the customer might have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Started working in the painting business and really liked and enjoyed transforming homes and giving the customer what they deserve, from apprentice to crew lead, supervisor, estimator and now doing everything on my own delivering customers what they need with my experience and guarantee a quality job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working as an apprentice really enjoyed it and worked my way up in various companies , Have been in the painting field for over 8 years and have the experience and dedication you need for your project.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers doesn't matter what it is or who it is we are here to help and recommend the home owner what needs to be done. As well as hearing the customer what they want and need.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All of our projects we do, we treat all of our projects as ours and take pride on what we do and the job we are going to deliver to the customer and guarantee a quality job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make a list of all the questions they might have , hear the professional any recommendations they might have, ask about their previous jobs they have done. Take notes on how the job will be performed that could help in the future for their project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are the steps taken for completing the project? Estimate time for Performing it start to finish? Do I need to be home when job is being performed? What after job is completed?
