What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. Make sure your contractor is licensed and always get at least 3 different quotes to make sure the contractor your comfortable with is also reasonably priced.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish they knew how many different skills and trades go into a simple remodel. We put so much time and effort into each one of our projects that we treat them all as if we are working on our personal home.
