no, every home I encounter differences in what labor and material are needed so I charge base on what I see the actual work is.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I make an appointment for the Free Estimate, at the estimate appointment I give them a verbal amount and if it is under their budget then we can set up a starting date and I email the proposal and initial payment is giving to me at the first day of project or as approve ..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have EPA lead certification, over 25 years of working in the field

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I work with family and friends painting, since very young.

I have experienced working with detail individual, elders, home owners, contractors, architects, home builders, construction company, management company.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Well it was a home at Palos Verde, i began exterior and end up doing interior as well. I enjoyed the challenges and this property has not been repair or paint in a while so it had rotten wood, broken seals, neils all over, holes etc. but my crew and I had fun with the challenges we had.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look prior projects pictures, the respond time and what is promise
