What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Process from working with a new customer first would be meet in person go over what customer wants, needs. Explain the job breakdown from the preparation it will take to how many coats of paint it will need . Once deciding on a set date we stay connected from beginning to end until project is complete and customer is 100% satisfied

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with everyone from customers knowing exactly what they want to customers asking for advice on what they should get. From interior to exterior. Residential to commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One big project the we have completed that was a big project was for the Elefteratos family. They requested a quote for us for their house interior. Once we met they shared their ideas and vision they had for their home. As well as requested ideas from us together right away we became a team. Once details were finalized we set a date and team got to work. They were very understanding and very involved as well. We were connected from the beginning to the end . Making sure we got every detailed. We made sure we every step we took they were aware of what work was being done. They were amazed and very happy with the results . The trust they gave us to work with their home and being able to share our ideas was awesome. These customers not became only customer but family. They trust us 100% that we will soon be starting with their home exterior.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

An advice I would give to customers when looking to hire a professional is not to only go base on price, of course everyone wants to save money but most important to look for the experience, dedication and passion a professional has for the work he does. Many can paint a wall but it takes a professional to make any project it’s own and bring customers vision to life. Quality over quantity.

Things to keep in mind when reaching out to professional most important is what exactly are they looking for ? What is their vision ? Of course we love to give out ideas but we always put first what the customer needs.
