What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices of our company are according to market rates. We don’t claim to be the cheapest but to be the best service provider and we do minimum job for $3,000. We accept payments via cash, bank, and credit card. We also offer financing option for the first 6 months without any payment for all those customers who can’t afford our prices. We regularly streamline and improve the payment options so that majority of the customers can avail our services without any hesitation. We also provide estimated cost of your services without any fee. Customers just need to make us a phone call or send an email if they would like to know about the estimated cost. It is essential to take an appointment that allows our workers to visit their site to have a detailed analysis of job site. Once the examination is done, we give a rough cost estimate of the required services. We charge less price from our regular customers.in this way, the price of a second project will be comparatively cheaper than the first project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

first of all, a meeting is setup with a new customer to provide free consulting. During this meeting, we look at the things that meet to be done. Our team takes correct measurements and then discuss project details with the customer. We allow the customers to ask questions to clear their queries. Then, we provide a free quote to the customers. It is the choice of customers whether they want to pay in cash or through our financing option. Once the project details are finalized, our dedicated team start working on the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked with American company for 6 years where I learn about the construction work in detail. After getting my general contractor license, I started complying the industry standards along with my committed and experienced team. Our company has insurance bond and workers compensation with more than 10 years of experience. Each of our workers have more than 30 years of experience with insurance bond and license. Our team comprises of interior designers, architects, interior decorators, maintenance crews, and engineers. Our vast experience allow us to provide 100% guaranteed work and customer satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I, Alon Tzafar, started doing construction/ remodeling when I was young. My father was a well-known contractor in a small city of Israel. He went to New York, America in around 2000 to help his cousin in the construction of a building. With his experience, he learned the difference between the construction in Israel and New York. During this time, I learned each and everything from him and worked as his right hand. In the meantime, I also worked in an American construction company for 6 years and then I decided to open my company “Gold Star Remodeling Inc”. I got my own general contractor license and started working as a construction and remodeling service provider.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with different kinds of customers including companies, non-government organizations, and individuals. We are renowned and reliable service provider and all sorts of customers can trust our services to get their work done on time.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It was a bathroom remodeling project with Mason family in Redondo Beach. It was a pleasure working with them. The woman had a unique and special taste. She selected a real stone bathroom tile that was complicated to install but she gave us a complete workout and let us do what we know

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We suggest you to hire a provider who quickly calls your back and carefully listen to your queries. Make sure your provider offers excellent customer service and have the required knowledge and expertise. A well-experienced and qualified service provider should be your first priority.
