Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Monarchs roofing, stucco , painting and gutter fees can vary depending on a few factors. This variation can be due to product type, color availability and the size of the project. Monarch is a fair and competitive company that can help you get the look you want at a price you can afford, All of this with a warranty and history to stand behind our work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When contacting Monarch we will send out a project manager that is knowledgeable and can help you with all of your home improvement needs. They will then contact you to set up a day and time that is convenient to you the homeowner. They will listen to what you need and want. If a cash bid they can then gather the information they need to set up an accurate cash estimate. If you want to go through insurance, our project manager will meet with the insurance adjuster and find all the damage to your home. After the contract is signed, the Project manager will then bring ALL paperwork to the office staff. From there your project manager handles everything with you the homeowner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Jon, the owner, has been the construction industry all of his life. He works one on one with the project manager and oversees the business. He is here daily, and meets with his project managers. He has been in the roofing, stucco, paint and gutter business for over 10 years. He makes sure all of his project managers are well versed in their job and sends them to additional training to become better themselves.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Jon, the owner, started this company when he realized how wonderful it felt to help Homeowners make their dreams come true. He saw the devastation that sometimes Colorado can create when the turbulent storm arise. He enjoys making Homeowners feel a safeness when disaster strikes. Similarly, the way a beautiful monarch butterfly transforms from a caterpillar he also enjoys watching the transformation of a home to a "new" home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Monarch has worked with all types of customers. New buyers, homeowners, realtors, insurance agents, previous clients, friends, family, other roofing contractors, home builders, Commercial building owners, HOAS, Doctors Lawyers, Veterans, Home makers, General contractors, and many more!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Monarch was involved in Re-roofing a disabled Veterans home. He did not have the money to do all of the work it needed so Monarch as well as other contractors did this home at our own expenses. Monarch reached out to our shingle manufacture, got them to donate the shingles and Monarch was able to pay for the labor. It was a special segment on Denver Channel 4. It took only 1 day to complete. denver.cbslocal.com/2018/10/21/disabled-veteran-home-falling-apart/

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Do your homework. How long has the company been in business? What kind of workmanship warranty does the company offer? Do they stand by their work years after the project is done? Does the company offer other manufacture warranties? Are they certified roofing contractors? Does the contractor work with ALL types of shingles and Roofs? Do they have GL insurance? Does the contractor hold a license in YOUR city? Make sure all work being done is being discussed with you. Make sure your contractor is respectful and aware of any concerns you may have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Do you want to change the color of your project? Do you have an HOA that governs your colors? Is there any type of product that you favor?
