What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We can do a phone consultation to save us both time and money. We will give a rough estimate over the phone and can move forward from there.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Not every customer is the same. We want to find out about you and your needs first. Then we can recommend the best options tailored to the customers needs. We have email information we will send to get your mind going in the right direction of best product to fit each customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our lead painters have been painting for over ten years. This is not combined but have over ten years separated. We continue to invest in our education of paint products and painting processes. We believe in the best overall product we can produce and this comes from doing all the small things before, during and after painting a home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our team has a desire to do more. Painting is a way we can impact people’s lives. It started as a way to make money but is now a way to impact the community! We believe painting your environment can improve your future. It also gives us the opportunity to work with the next generation to impact and improve their future.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers we have worked with come in a wide range of varieties. We have worked with general contractors/investors on all types of properties in the Denver and Aurora area. Also interior designers, realtors, homeowners, business owners and others. From 2 bedroom apartments, 6 bedrooms with basement, rentals, fix and flips and everything in between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love doing full interiors and baseboard restoration. We recently did an interior that lifted the homeowners and our spirit. Sometimes when your in a place so long things begin to slip and seem normal. The house was a little dirty and needed some help. We were able to take our time and do some restoration work along with a new color for this homeowner. The final product was a shock to the customer. Their home looked like new and they let us know how much they appreciated and couldn’t believe the transformation.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for the pro that is giving you the best product tailored to your needs. Ex. If your selling soon we can beautify your home but not use high end products to save you money but still increase value of home. If you just go cheapest you won’t get the value you really need.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A few good questions for a homeowner to ask is : How long will we be staying in this home? Short term fix or long term fix? Will this change improve our family and future? What is our expectation for this process?
