What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free in-person assessment to evaluate your project’s needs. After that, we provide a detailed quote for your review. Once approved, we set a start date and give an estimated completion timeline based on the project size.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We continuously attend OSHA safety trainings and stay up to date with industry best practices through workshops and seminars offered by various chambers of commerce. This ensures we provide high-quality, safe, and professional painting services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as an employee in NYC in 2008, learning all aspects of the painting business, from painting and skim coating to caulking and more. Later, I became an independent contractor for the City of NY until 2022, when I launched TS Painting and Restoration as a full independent business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a wide range of clients, from large residential homeowners to high-end condos in exclusive areas of Manhattan, including Trump Towers and Westchester County estates. Here in Florida, our clients include the West Palm Beach Convention Center."

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I can name a few. We just finished a 7 room home ceiling walls baseboards trims and doors. We removed wallpaper on one of the rooms (office) skimedcoated prime and painted the whole house. Removed window fixtures and re painted front door. It took us 5 days with the prep and claning of the place.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
