We come to you to visually inspect your particular surface. We address each concrete surface in the most professional manner. You may have a painted garage floor which is treated differently from raw concrete. We don't have hired salesmen, a family member quotes your job and will be working or over seeing your job to completion. Being creative on concrete. And being able to give our customers a unique and personal, one of a kind pool deck, garage floor, driveway, interior floor or any concrete surface. We are able to offer a wide array of options because over the years we have done so many custom surfaces we are always expanding our portfolio.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is no standard pricing in this business. There are too many variables. The difference in our pricing involves... 1. Type and amount of preparation. 2.Amount of material needed to complete the work. 3.Amount of labor to complete the work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try to be very low key. I am not there to "Get a deposit" I usually won't even ask for a deposit till we actually start the work. I thoroughly explain the work that needs to be done. And will have a free estimate ready within 24 hours, if not while I'm there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

YES, there are always continuing education available monthly and yearly. But 32 years of being in business is the best type of education you can get. I this type of business, you cant stay in business this long and not take care of your customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We had a keystone deck at our first home that was a disaster. The same guys came back to make a second try at making the job right. That didn't work so we searched for the products to do the job right and that began our resurfacing company!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We create a decorative surface on top of concrete for Garage Floors, Pool Decks, Condo Walkways and Balconies. We apply company logo's on concrete. We apply Waterproofing for many applications.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

WOW let me think there are so many we have done that we are very proud of. 1. An elderly couple had a house they were trying to sell. The Realtor told them the reason it was not selling was the 30 year old Chattahoochee stone pool deck and patio was such a eyesore. We were able to cover over the Chattahoochee stone and create a contemporary looking pool deck and patio, at HALF the cost it would have been to remove and replace. 2. I looked at a pool deck that a woman needed repairs done to. Other companies had told her it needed to be removed and replaced. I knew we could repair what she had and make it look as good as new. She was very skeptical at first, because she trusted the person that told her it needed to be removed. I showed her many pictures of similar work we had done over 20 plus years. And explained that we would warranty our work for 5 years. She checked us out with the BBB and called the references I gave her. She was very happy with the decision she made to have us do the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1. Ask to see a license and insurance. 2. Ask for references if you have not been referred by another customer. 3. Look at our website there are 30 years of photos. You may see one or more you like or you may want us to created one of your own designs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We wish customers knew how honest we will be with them. If we feel we cannot create a new surface on your existing concrete surface for any reason, we will tell it like it is. It maybe best to remove the old concrete and have new poured. That is WHY we must see every surface we quote a quote can't be done over the phone.
