Introduction

We offer an array of exterior pressure washing and/or painting/staining services using top of the line equipment. We also offer cleaning of driveways, fences and decks, as well as staining and painting services. We are able to service brick, vinyl, hardie board, concrete and wood. We use an environmentally friendly solution that is also pet and plant safe. We are happy to come out and give a free quote. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for the customer and being honest from the very beginning on services provided. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Although we are new to Thumbtack we are not new to pressure washing. We have been in this business for several years and pride ourselves in our attention to detail. We offer competitive prices and try to not only meet but beat expectations from every customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A technician will be happy to come out and properly assess what needs to be done to give the proper quote so there is no miscommunication. Some customers prefer to send pictures ahead of time to get a rough estimate, we gladly welcome that as well. If the request is in our scope of work we will be happy to send a quote if it is not we will send a message letting the customer know so they can look for someone else.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Several years of pressure washing and mobile detailing experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's a passion of mine. I wash our personal cars/trucks as a hobby on my off time so when you love what you do it's easier to do it everyday.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every customer from homeowners who need their home or driveway done to business owners who need their buildings or parking lots done. We have also done schools such as playground equipment in the past as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently pressure washed and stained and real log cabin in the North Georgia Mountains. I have posted pictures on the site so show the before and after.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would suggest hiring someone with experience in the field you are looking to hire. HydroSolutions has several years of pressure washing experience. Although we are new to Thumbtack we are certainly not new to the business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should include all details even when they seen irrelevant when scheduling a quote. We are an honest company and would not want to mislead anyone so the more information we have about the project the better.
