What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to spend time at the project to assess what is required. Mostly I enjoy communicating with the potential customers to gauge the scope of work, details and what their expectations are.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Many years in the construction industry in all areas. Constantly learning about best products and practices to bring to our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was in the construction field previous and recognized the painting industry was lacking responsible, professional painters who can provide a different experience than the typical vendors who are out there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, Property Managers etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

New homeowners recently contracted M&C Painting-Home Solutions to paint the entire interior of their 1st home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give us a chance to meet face to face and put together a detailed plan for your project. Get other estimates from other companies. Decide what you value the most. The cheapest price or the person you trust the most to bring out a fantastic result and the easiest overall experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will the job take.? When can the job start? Who’s providing and what materials do we prefer to use? What suggestions as the contractor would I make? Any and all questions. There are no dumb questions.
