What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will be honest and fair but probably not the lowest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have an initial conversation with my potential clients. Make sure we are the right fit for each other.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have picked up most of my skills from experience in the field. I have been being paid for it now for nearly 2 years but I have been doing trial and error training on my own house for more then a decade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It has always been a passion of mine. I decided to quit my corporate grind job and branch out into something I love.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers including residents and commercial clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently finished a half bath with a custom feature wall and marble flooring. The blue bathroom wall is featured in my photos.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You should feel a connection with your contractor. If they don’t show charisma and passion for the job, move on.
