What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When it comes to giving estimates, we like to look at the project and see what needs to be done to it. We give our estimates based off of the work that needs to be done and how much that needs to be done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to interact with our customers on a friendly level, but a business level also. We want to make sure our customers are comfortable with us so they know what to expect out of us when hired.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My husband has worked with painting for 10+ years. I, myself have taken builders license exam.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father in law had his own painting business for 35 years and my husband worked for him 10 years out of that time. Once he retired, we thought it would be a great idea to open up our own painting business together.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a variety of customers and they all loved the job done to their home. If a customer is dissatisfied with a job we performed, we like to turn their dissatisfaction into satisfaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of many of the projects that we perform. The length of the project all depends on what the job needs. We try to complete all jobs within a timely manner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest to look at the painter's profile and reviews to acknowledge some background about them. Reviews are highly important and customers need to know who they're hiring to work on their home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before customers talk to a professional, they should check their reviews and see what others have to say about their company. Next, they should go with a professional who is dependable and who will give reasonable prices to them.
