Introduction

Im a journeyman Glazier. And Handyman. I've got years of experience and I'm very skilled at what I do! there's not much I haven't done when it comes to general handyman work. Im personable with a great work ethic. The way I bid jobs is just labor. So if you hire me for whatever job you need completed there's never going to be a markup on any materials. You just pay for materials straight across and I'll give you a labor rate that is always very reasonable and that saves home owners a lot! In the great state of Nevada there is no requirement for a handyman's license. I don't do work over the limit provided by the states regulation and don't have a need for a contractor's license and do not carry one. I do carry liability insurance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't mark up materials for any type of job. I only charge for labor and my rates absolutely reasonable. I only receive payments when the job is 100% complete and customers are 100% completely satisfied with the work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

"Let's have a look at what you got." I can always go a have a look to see what needs done no charge or anything. Also if it's something you can explain to me right over the phone chances are I've dealt with it before and can tell you how much it's going to be in we can set up a time and get going on it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I finished various trade school courses I am Lead, asbestos and mold certified. And I know how to complete a job with the customers personal belongings out of harm's Way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Right out of high school I was working in a glass shop even before that I remodeled apartments with my grandfather who owns several and all the way up to owning my own company

What types of customers have you worked with?

Which customers haven't I worked with would be more of a valid question.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have recently remodeled a kitchen and did all the work on the floors and the deck.. It took about 2 and 1/2 Weeks completed. And everything looks great.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give them a call and make sure they know what there doing and that they are capable of doing what you need done.
