Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is fair and transparent. We do not want to rake anyone over the coals for one project. We want you to always think about us to do all of your project because we provide a fair/affordable price and provide quality work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We provide a breakdown of how we would complete your project from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a Master's degree in International Trade Policy and work in a field that requires being organized and efficient. My partner has a B-2 license which allows us to build a home and most of the trades within the construction field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our overall goal is to build new homes in our lower income communities across Las Vegas. We will continue to sharpen our skill set and keep our team working so they can improve upon their skill set while being able to feed their respective families.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Our team has worked on residential and commercial. Our latest client was my own father-in-law. He wanted the exterior of his home painted.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Two projects come to mind. My father-in-law exterior house painting. He is a Vietnam vet. Very rigid and wants everyone to run on time and do what you say you plan to do. The second project was the commercial roof patch. This required a bit of coordination and efficiency as a storm was brewing days before we finished. This was a high priority and I paid my team extra to get the job done before the approaching storm.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would make sure the provider is giving you the time you need to feel comfortable with their responses and the fees you indicated. It's easy to bury the price as fact. It is harder to respond with a thorough read out of the project...along with the price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Do quick Google searches on price and time it takes to complete your project. The pricing is not exact but it will give you a ball park figure. Then work with someone you can connect with and understands your project. Each project is important and should be acknowledged by all involved parties.
