What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I give an estimate, once accepted, we decide a date for the work to be done, we schedule a date, I get all the necessary information from the client to schedule the work and make the invoice. on the day of the work, I cover the floor, always keep the environment clean and safe.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working as a tile installer helper, I dedicated myself to learning, I did my best for the company, now I do my best for my customers
