What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- Estimate; we meet at the location and go over exactly what the customer needs. - Contract; Signing the contract and reviewing the terms and conditions. - Work; Start and complete the job at hand. While giving updates on project progress, potential delays, and changes in plans. - Work through; Ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the finish work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In 1999, I graduated from Woodstock job corp with a Construction Landscape certification. After, I was hired by a remodel and renovation crew, where I was there for 20 years actively. Started from being a laborer and left a finish man. Then I was trained as an appliance tech at a reputable appliance company, where I was there for 10 years. I have over 25 years of active construction and appliance repair experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at Woodstock job corp center graduating with a Construction Landscape certification in 1999. Been in construction ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My team and I have worked for a few reputable companies like Dick sporting goods, AT&T, a few Rental properties and Property owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm fond of all my projects. So I can't just pick one. That's what happens when you do what you love.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

- Ask questions - Listen to answers - Never judge a book by its cover - Cheaper doesn't mean they're a keeper - Is there a contract with terms and conditions? Very Professional - Does the provider communicate well? Communicating well means confidence - How old is the provider? Older is better more times than not.

What do you want done exactly? Are you financially able to pay for the work? Is the repairs or renovations gonna be an inconvenience to your day to day activities? Are you patient enough to wait for the job to get done? Is the area clean where you want the work done?
