What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a very transparent pricing formula as part of our quoting software. We can give you a rough estimate based on photos if you'd like, but to get an accurate price, we come to your home and quote the job on the spot. Other painters tend to have subjectivity in their price, and often can't give you a quote right away--we give you a transparent price immediately!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Focus on quality! Paint quality varies wildly, and most retail paints are poor quality with lots of fillers. The combination of our expertise and proprietary paint allows us to offer the best, longest-lasting finish in the industry. You'll be able to find cheaper painters (though we're also not the most expensive either!), but you will not find a better value anywhere. And you'll end up paying more in the long run if you go cheap upfront!
