When I was 19 years old, I began looking for a professional career trade to get involved in and learn. I received a surprise phone call from my uncle who was a branch manager at a pest control company and said there was a tech position available. I was hesitant at first but then fell in love with the industry and the rest is history.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my customers called me about hearing a loud noise in the attic. After inspection, I found a medium sized hole in the exterior wall under the soffit. I professionally sealed the opening to prevent pests from further entering the attic. It took about 2 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to every customer to choose your provider wisely. Make sure that they can properly identify the pest correctly so they can provide the proper treatment plan. They should also be a detailed inspector with a good working flashlight. Your provider should be able to solve your pest issue in a reasonable amount of time and give recommendations for long term prevention. Every customer deserves a great pest control service and experience for their hard earned money.
