We like to speak with the customer on the phone/email/text and introduce our company. Then find out what exactly the customer is needing and off that information see if we are a right fit for them and explain what we do and how we handle our business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mother and father in law owned a pest control business for over 28 years. Once they retired they sold the business to us and since then we keep expanding but never losing our great customer service that was handed down to us.
