What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I always offer discounts to customers that come through thumbtack, it’s an easy way to give you a good price and close the deal so I can get it done for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to come out and inspect the property, meet the potential customer, investigate their issue, create a game plan solution and present it to the customer, then get to work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

11 plus years in the industry, certified applicator. Over 300 hours of continued education courses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a door to door salesman selling pest services then I fell in love with the service and helping people get rid of their bug issues so I created my own company to exemplify customer service and great results.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial, residential, apartments, HOA’s

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did some exclusion work for rodents for a family in Phoenix and they were so happy with the results. It made me so happy to see them relieved.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their online reviews, but be forgiving of any random crazy reviews because I know accidents can happen, but for the most part you’ll get a good gauge on what their customers are saying.

Ask about products they use and how they apply them.
