What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer affordable flat rate prices. No contracts and are rates are usually standardized. We don't typically offer discounts, instead we price as low as possible for everyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customer receives an estimate over the phone. We schedule a time to do the work, you are given a 1 hour window for arrival time. You will receive a text reminder the day before as well as when we are on the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We take classes every year. Kyle is required to take 12 hours and the other techs are required 6. All of our techs are cross trained and experienced in every service we offer. We are incredibly well versed in identification and treatment techniques. If you have an issue, we can identify it and come up with a treatment plan to suit your needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family business. Kyle's dad, Dane had a company in California since Kyle was born. Naturally it's what Kyle wanted to do so in 2008 we ventured into this together as a father/son business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We handle mostly residential customers. We have handled many million dollar homes. We also offer commercial treatments, we have a handful of restaurants we treat regularly. We also service many giant warehouses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love termites. Recently we were able to get two homes treated in one day. That's a big deal for us as we usually only do 1. Termite jobs are labor intensive and typically done with a 2 man crew. We also recently did an entire apartment complex for termites.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't get locked into a contract. If the service is good, they don't need to lock you in. Also find a business where the owner is involved, no one cares more about the business and their clients then the owner.

Can I live with this problem? Can I afford to fix it?
