What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always try to get the first initial impression about a current pest issue at hand. Develop a good plan of action and treat the issues at hand as well as preventative measures. Strive for customer satisfaction to get their pest issues resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed in Pest Control Services and Pest Control Business. Extensive experience of 15+ years. Continued education in all aspects of pest control.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Something that was a part time job for extra income became a career and grew into passion for this type of industry. Every job is a learning opportunity.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential clients, commercial client, HOA, management companies. From very small projects to extensive ongoing jobs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Large bee hive removal. Was unexpectedly huge with many queens. Was able to safely remove and relocate the hive and save the little pollinators!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for experience in the field as well as licensed professionals to do the job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are your exterminators licensed and insured? What kind of pests are in my home? Are they common in the area? How serious is the infestation? How long will it take to eliminate the infestation? How frequently should an exterminator come to my house?
