What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Super simple- Speak about the home and what is needed to take care of the issues then pick a plan then schedule first initial service then I can take care of the rest for the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed in 3 different categories for the state of Arizona. 8 years experience in the field and in office running a division in Phoenix.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Looked to get into a growing field of opportunity to provide for my family and ended up falling in love with the industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all types of customers. Great caring customers. Customers who are scared and concerned. Deaf customers etc All wonderful people. Love making connections.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love solving problems and giving customers that peace of mind in their homes after I take away a wasp nest or ant hills and even scorpions.
