What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm fair with pricing. I'm not out to gouge you and see how much money I can get out of you. For some pest control sales people, it is a game to see who can they sucker out of the most money. I'm not that company. I believe in doing quality, effective work for a fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call me. Let's talk.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have all my QA licenses except fumigation and aquatic.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a commercial pest control technician for a well known pest control company before I went out on my own

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers. I have gotten to see it all since I started out as a commercial technician who got to work with large worldwide companies down to your small, mom and pop, places. I like the sense of community and i like working with people. I take great pride in working with people to solve their pest control needs. I'm not a huge corporation where you get a voice automation. If you have any issues that needs to be dealt with then you get me and I will be there to get it taken care of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't pay an outrageous price to get a termite service done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

what product is the technician going to use? what is the wait time on service and call backs?
