What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If you ever find any kind of pest after we treated we come back at no cost. Lastly, if you are one of our customers and you refer someone you get a free month.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer we would love to get to know you besides just getting your contact info and coming to spray your house. Here at firehouse pest control genuinely care about the people we take care of and we’re not just here for pest control.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business since 2017, but we have been taking classes and lots of training related to pest control for a long time now. We wanted to be very knowledgeable and professional once we started this business so we feel very confident in everything we do.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In the fire service were really big on customer service and helping people in need in any way possible, and in a way the pest service is the same thing we help people with there pest problems as soon as possible at some great prices.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have been in business for almost 5 years now and we have really enjoyed our customers. We worked residential, commercial and even multi family dwellings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent job we were very happy about was a emergency bed bug job. The customer called us and we were there immediately to solve there issue after just one treatment and a follow up. There’s nothing better then allowing a family to leave peacefully in there home and solving there pest problems.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A couple words of advice i would give someone looking for pest control would be. 1. How experienced and knowledgeable are they? 2. Does there pricing beat the competition for the kind of work that needs to be done. 3. Lastly, are they responsible, on time, and care more for you as a person then just coming to spray your home. Those three things is what firehouse pest control take big pride in.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When’s the last time your house has been treated or sprayed? What kind of treatment would they do for the kind of problem you have? If the problem is serious how quickly can they respond to it? Any question the customer asks are always good questions.
