What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All inspections are free and we offer discounts to Military and their families as well as seniors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process involves a quick phone call, a free inspection and quote, and a low pressure opportunity for the customer to make the decision that makes the most sense for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Everyone of your Pest Technicians is certified through the state of Arizona and takes multiple CEU's throughout the course of the year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We decided that it was time to challenge the status quo in pest control. We believe that Modern Pest Control should be focused on safe options that involve new technology and the use of data to proactively get ahead of problems.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential and commercial clients in the Tucson Foothills.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have helped people get their homes to maintainable spots. Often, termites, pack rats, and pest can get so out of control that the client feels helpless. We help them create a plan that is manageable for them and get their home to a great spot that they can comfortably live in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their approach and look up their reviews. All pest control companies are not the same.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Their budget, the approach they want taken on their home, and timeline.
