Introduction

ACME has knowledgeable Termite Inspectors that care about you and your property. We always provide a written Inspection Report and we offer a variety of termite treatments, from fumigation tents to alternative Local Treatments. We can provide Real Estate Inspection Reports and can work with escrow. We repair all types of termite damage, dryrot/fungus damage and other wood destroying pest damage on a variety of property types; commercial, multi-tenant and single family homes. We are also experienced and able to address issues unique to beach properties, hillside locations, custom homes and flat land structures. Because we care, when we do our repair work, we include pre-treatment of new lumber. We also prime & finish paint the new lumber prior to installation! Our prices are extremely competitive and we warranty our work. We care about each property we work on, as if it is our own. We look forward to earning your business!

On-the-job training, education from an Entomologist, on-going continuing education per State/Federal Govt requirements, industry related teaching/educational seminars, courses, and training on pesticides, safety as it relates to various aspects of the field, construction techniques

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A couple years after I was discharged from the military I got into the field of structural termite control through a friend back in 1994.

Homeowners, Buyers, Commercial Property Owners, Realtors, Investors, Property Managers, Tenants, Government Agencies, Boat Owners, Aircraft Owners, Furniture Manufacturers, House Flippers, Loan Officers, etc

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Observe the inspector to see if they are performing a detailed inspection. Wait to see if the inspector explains the findings, if any, and chemicals and processes involved to eradicate any termites and repair any damage. Ask about warranties and preventative methods. Ask to see proof of license, bond, and insurance, of course, and expect the termite report within 24 hours even if the termite inspection was performed on a weekend day.

What is the warranty? follow up service? CDC guidelines followed?
