What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is a free pest inspection so pricing is based upon the inspection performed by the technician. We also offer FREE Termite inspection. We do offer clearance report at a fee of $175.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Asking questions that pertains target pest, educating customer on pest characteristics and offering multiple solutions that fits their environmental and cultural needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We taken courses at Purdue University that consisted on the Introduction to Urban and Industrial IPM. We also have certification for the Healthy School Act which allows us to perform service in schools. We also take multiple work shops hosted by rodentologist and entomologist.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We wanted to try something different, unique and taboo so we gave it a shot and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with tenants, home owners, property management, business owners, third party auditors, landscapers, school coordinators and contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

To be honest, we are fond of any project but my favorite is always help decrease pest activity in any area where kids are present.
