In 2002, he decided to open up his own business and was attracted to the inland empire, where he moved in the fall of 2001. In the spring of 2002, he opened up his first branch in South Riverside county, which also covered North San Diego County. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently we were called out the a home that had a persistent ant issue inside. A previous company had been out multiple times with no improvement. During the initial inspection a line of ants was found entering the roof tiles which then lead us to a nest inside one of the rain gutters. The house had been vacant for several months while repairs were being made and a large amount of leaf litter had built up in the gutters which the ants took advantage of. After removing the leaves and treating the ants our customer can now enjoy a pest free home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Pest control is a process and many infestations can require multiple treatments to obtain full control. Ensure that any service proposals cover all the pests and areas you need addressed. Ask details about the warranty provided and how quickly you can expect an appointment when you have service needs. If the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Pest infestations can range in severity from small annoyances to public health threats. If you are considering doing it yourself, what are the consequences if your control efforts fail? For pests which endanger your family or property, seek professional help quickly. When consulting with professionals ask how long you can expect until the infestation is solved. What steps can you take to help with control efforts?
