What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer flat rate, up front, no hidden fees quotes. We do require a deposit for some of the services we offer as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We generally start with our onsite evaluation of the problem. Some times we can quote the work through pictures as well. We will provide a written estimate. Once accepted we can schedule the work. Depending on the size of project we at time require a deposit to schedule the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been extensively trained in bird control methods. We have taken and passed the structural pest control exams. We have also been in the industry for over 10 years. Prior we were in multiple fields of construction and come from construction families.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started doing wildlife control for another company back in 2013. When my wife and I met after some time we decided to go into business for ourselves. At that time we found our love for bird control and studied, got involved with bird control trainings, and started to grow our bird control services. We then decided bird control, and some general pest control local to our home, was going to be our focus so we can offer the highest quality work all the time because it’s what we love!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with, renters, property owners, residential, commercial, government, and just about every type of customer in the residential and commercial bird control field.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We especially enjoy all bird control projects. We had previously built a company that focused on all forms of pest control and decided to switch gears and focus solely on our passion for bird control.
