What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Discounts depends on how big the job is and what kind of job I’m doin . Fees also depends on the type of job u need . Majority of my pricing u should be able to see on here . If u don’t see it on here feel free to ask .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Basically drive to the property meet the new costumer . I would have the new costumer show me what the issues is.I would take a look around to see if I see anything els they might of missed .A lot of time the costumers don’t know exactly what they are looking for .So I would be more then happy to check around there property to make sure the issue is completely taken care of . After I give them a price and they decide to let me do the job .I basically write out a contract on what we talk about . After that’s done I start the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 4 different licenses .working on another . I been doin this for over 10 years now.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father got me a job right after high school doin Termites and pest control . I enjoyed doin the work . Eventually he open up the business .I started working for him and branched out to San Diego to run the business out here while he takes care of running the business in Orange County .

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of costumers. Easy going ,not so easy goin . At the end of the day I just want my costumers to be happy with my work .I’m not happy unless my costumer is happy .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would get a couple quotes. See what the company’s offer you . Just make sure u don’t have the 2 different company’s come out the same time.
