We have worked with regular residential homes, escrow inspections, multi-family and also currently service sky scrapers in San Francisco.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Rodent infestation in Stockton California. Rat was gnawing through sprinkler system water lines in an attic of a 15 unit 3 story building. The current company was unable to fix the problem and they contacted me as a Rodent specialist and the rat was capture writhing hours and the costly leaks immediately stopped.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are qualified to performed the work and also make sure they are not just another sales guy trying to sale something you don’t need.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What pest problem are they having? Where is the pest problem located? How long has the pest problem been going on for?
