Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer a one-of-a-kind price match guarantee on all bids based on the same scale of work. Our company came into the market to serve clients with competitive pricing and high quality work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We offer an on-site inspection where we will invite all of our clients to be fully involved to understand how we go about doing our work. We start with a full exterior inspection to gain a better understanding of where entry may be on the home. We then go on the roof to determine any openings in the venting or alcoves. Finally, we go into the attic to fully understand the severity of the problems our client is dealing with. Once we finish our inspection process, we sit down with our clients to go over the entire project step by step. We keep our clients very involved in the process as we believe in order to make an educated decision you must understand the intricacies of the project being performed. Similar to hiring for any remodeling work on your home, one contractor may be offering to dig out the dirt prior to installing the cement and the next might be just installing the cement on the grass. One if done properly could last 30+ years while the other 5 to 10 if you're lucky. Cost wise, one is over a $1000 less so you may think it's a great deal, but ultimately it's not being done the right way and will result in needing to be done again. Our process of sitting down with our clients and going over the project is to ensure a full understanding of how we plan on doing the work, and what truly makes us different from the competition. We will provide our client with a full report as well as photos after going through the inspection and if they are ready at that point, we can proceed with the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

From small beginnings where we were learning on a crew to managing one of the largest rodent eradication companies, our company has combined years of experience and knowledge to put together a package for our clients that is competitive and surpasses quality of companies with a greater cost.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all different types of clients. From people looking for the minimal solution to clients looking to fully solve intermediate their problem, we are happy to accommodate and work with you based on your needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We love solving our clients problems and when it comes to Rodent eradication, there is a reason our clients trust us above the competition. Our client had been dealing with an infestation for nearly 3 years and over 4 companies throughout those years had attempted to solve this problem while charging our client nearly $15,000 throughout that process with no solution. Our team came in and originally the homeowner was very skeptical, as would anyone be that had done this project multiple times and seen no result. After a thorough inspection and detailed findings report, she did decide to trust us to fully remediate the rats, as well as clean and disinfect to remove the attractants. Right off the bat, our team was able to identify 10+ areas that other companies had completely missed and within two weeks, our client went from hearing scratching every night and living with rodents to having a fully clean and rodent proof home. After a month went by with no sign of rodents, and our client felt confident enough we re-insulated and air sealed the attic to bring it back to a safe and healthy living condition for the first time in over 3 years. We were very proud of this project like many that we do, but this job specifically shows clients why they should always do a project once, right, and never again. If you invest in a proper solution the first time around, you'll save a lot of money on the back end.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
It is pertinent to do your research. There is a large difference between rodent control companies and rodent eradication companies. If you want to solve a problem, it is always best consult professionals who believe in doing projects once and right and warranting their services as such.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If we were in a clients shoes, we would break down what the company is offering us in comparison to just basic knowledge of how to solve day-to-day problems. We all understand that you pay for what you get and understanding the differences between what one company may offer and what the next is offering can make a huge difference in choosing the right company. It is pertinent to choose someone that specializes in the work, and ultimately isn't a jack of all trades like a pest control company that manages rodents, or an insulation company that attempts to do Rodent Proofing. Always do your research and ask the right questions. If the company representative is not breaking down the work step by step and going over his team's credibility, we would always question the legitimacy behind the skills and if this job will be performed to the standard your home needs.
