What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Vanguard Termite Control, we believe that your home should be taken care of to the best of our abilities. Our prices won't always be the lowest but our work will be the best. With our experienced technicians and our 5 year full structural warranties we are dedicated to make your home termite free. All year long we have different discounts, look out for them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you get in contact with our office and schedule an inspection. Our fully trained inspectors will arrive promptly at your scheduled time (maybe even ahead of schedule). They will conduct an inspection of your entire home. At the end of the inspection the inspector will go over all of his findings, recommendations and pricing. Within 24 hours you will receive a formal report and bid through your email. At that point you may take your time to review the proposal and compare your options. Once you have made your decision you can call our office to schedule the treatment or construction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 25 years in the industry and certified licensed inspectors and technicians.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After doing general contracting and termite work for a lot of companies in the peninsula we decided to start Vanguard Termite Control for the simple reason that we notice customer service wasn't excellent in other companies, something we strive on.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with single family homeowners, property managers and developers. We have also worked in our community treating our schools and city buildings. Vanguard Termite Control will continue to grow and work with anyone needing our expertise.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently doing a treatment to a school that I attended in elementary was awesome, all the childhood memories that I had there were great. The best part about it, it's an ongoing job for years to come. excited to be serving my community.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Biggest deal is asking what are you getting in return, not just are you getting rid of the problem but how it's going to happen and how are you going to monitor it? At the end of the day warranties are really important and the relationship your building with a company should feel right.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I want to do this right or do a temporary fix. That's one of the biggest questions I get in the field. Consider doing a local treatment or a fumigation.
