What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing I give is for quality work. I am not always the cheapest out there, but I can guarantee that I do my best in all services I conduct, don't cut corners, and don't dilute my products!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I walk my new clients through the process of what my services consist of. I answer any questions they have. If there is a question, I am not able to answer I will do my due diligence to get them the answered they need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked for the "Top Dogs" in the industry. I have close to 10 years of experience, and I have colleagues within the industry that I can rely on for professional and more experienced guidance. Overall, I love the relationships I am able to build with the people I meet.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a problem solver. I have always been able to communicate and execute solutions. When I started in the industry almost 10 years ago, I realized that I was in the industry of finding solutions. I was ecstatic to know that I could help bring a piece of mind to the customers who were in anguish with their pest problems. The fact that I am able to work outside in the field, work with my hands, get dirty, and provide for my family is phenomenal to me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a plethora of customers. I have worked with, and still currently work with high-end clients, clients that are sensitive to chemicals, clients who can be specific or demanding, and easygoing clients. I am versatile. It does not matter what type of client you are; I always see the best in you and can tailor a pest control plan for your needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project I am proud of completing was a rodent extermination service and general pest control treatment. My client lives on the other side of the globe and hired me after combing through a few pest control companies in my area. I sent him videos of my before and after work, walked him through the stages of the project, and kept him up to date during and after the project. From start to finish, the project took me about a month to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's tough! I have been in your shoes when looking for the right professional to hire for personal projects that I need to be done. There are great professionals out there who don't have 5-star reviews and they just so happened to get a disgruntled customer. We are in the service industry, and customer service can be tough! I would do some research on the professional you are looking to hire. I'd stay away from pros who argue with their clients after their dissatisfied client writes a nasty review. Look for someone who is legitimate, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and has the best intentions.
